About

I orchestrate AI agents to ship production software.

I build the kind of software that goes into the real world and keeps working after I hand it over. Not prototypes. Not demos. Systems that ship.

The way I get there is structure. Instead of typing prompts at a model and hoping, I feed agents tightly constrained kits so they produce the exact thing that is needed instead of wandering off and burning budget. Every agent works inside a defined pipeline, each one in its lane, and every output gets checked by hand before it moves forward. I call that Rule #0: never trust AI. It is the reason the work holds up, and the reason it stays cheap to produce.

That method has shipped real systems. A non-custodial wallet spanning Monero, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum, open-sourced after nine independent security passes. An enterprise test automation framework with more than thirty capabilities. A live workflow automation product. A contractor estimation tool that turns messy inputs into defensible numbers. Different problems, same discipline behind them.

I also build in the open and show how the work gets made, because I think the process is worth seeing, not hiding. If you have something you need shipped, I take it from a rough idea to a working system you own, on a fixed scope and a fixed price. And if AI is the wrong tool for what you are trying to do, I will tell you that instead of selling you a build you do not need.

Have something you need shipped?

Tell me what you are building. You get a plan and a fixed price, or a straight no.
